John A. Darin, President & CEO
As President & CEO of NADAP, John oversees the entire Agencys operations. He has over 25 years of diversified programmatic and administrative experience in social services.
Mr. Darin serves as a consultant to the U.S. Department of Justices Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Division and the U.S. Department of Education. Mr. Darin also serves on the New York City Human Resources Administrations Citizens Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Executive Committee of The Association for A Better New York (ABNY). In 1998, he was selected as a national fellow leader of the Join Together National Fellow Leadership Program.
Mr. Darin has developed a curriculum, funded by the New York State Empire State Development Corporation called “Skills Development Training” and has trained over 300 members of the Teamster's Local 456 on techniques used to enhance their work performance.
Mr. Darin holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College. He is also a New York State Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) and is a faculty member of the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services Academy of Addiction Studies.
Gary Stankowski, Senior Vice President
As NADAPs Senior Vice President, Gary has complete oversight of the organizations New York City operations including Assessment, Case Management, Employment and Training Services as well as contract management for New York City and State funded programs. In addition, Gary oversees Human Resources, Information Technology and works on development activities for the organization.
Mr. Stankowski joined NADAP in July 1998 and during his tenure has
developed, implemented and managed program services in addition to providing executive leadership for the Agency.
Prior to joining NADAP, Gary worked for 15 years in public and private agencies managing programs and delivering services to a variety of special needs populations.
Gary holds a Masters Degree in Health Administration from the New School University.
Elizabeth Madison, Vice President
As Vice President, Elizabeth oversees employment, case management and training services at NADAP. She has been a workforce development and vocational rehabilitation professional for more than fifteen years. She has developed innovative and creative programs to help individuals achieve self-sufficiency and economic independence. Ms. Madison joined NADAP in January 2001.
Elizabeth was the Clinical Supervisor for NDRIs Customized Employment Services, a five-year research project that assisted methadone clients to achieve independence through employment and intensive supportive services.
Ms. Madison is a Fellow with the Join Together Program at Boston University. She is the member-at-large and the co-chairperson for supervisor's committee for AVRASA (Advocates for Vocational Rehabilitation and Substance Abuse).
Elizabeth holds a Masters Degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from New York University, is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) and a member of the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals (NAWDP).
Lucy Redzeposki, Vice President
As Vice President, Lucy oversees the Development functions of the organization and manages NADAPs programs in Westchester County. Lucys focus is developing relationships in New York City and expanding NADAPs network to pursue new opportunities that will allow NADAP to meet its revenue goals. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic approach to developing diversified funding streams. She is also overseeing the agencys public relations activities to increase visibility. Ms. Redzeposki manages Project STEP, which provides employment services to individuals with HIV/AIDS throughout Westchester County and the Bronx.
Ms. Redzeposkis tenure with NADAP includes overseeing the Yonkers Employment Center (YEC) and the Westchester-Putnam Counties Consortium for Worker Education and Training, Inc. (Consortium). Lucy directed service development and delivery at the YEC to ensure the needs of both job seekers and local businesses were met. For the Consortium, Lucy oversaw the development, implementation and management of various training programs for the building and construction trades. Ms. Redzeposki joined NADAP in February 2000.
Before joining NADAP, Lucy worked more than 11 years within the banking industry in the areas of finance, operations and human resources. In addition, she has over 14 years in academia having taught business courses at Pace University, Mercy College and the College of Westchester.
Ms. Redzeposki received a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University in Management and Computer Science, and an M.B.A. in Strategic Management from Pace University.
