Program Summary
NADAPs Aspire program (a Managed Addiction Treatment Services, MATS, model) coordinates comprehensive and intensive case management services to voluntarily participating clients who require stabilization in treatment and assistance in complying with and completing treatment. The primary goals of the program are to ensure effective and appropriate access to chemical dependency treatment services and positive treatment outcomes. NADAPs model provides a continuum of care from the initial bio-psychosocial assessment throughout treatment and on to self-sufficiency.
Program Features
- Bio-psychosocial assessments
- Development of Comprehensive Service Plans
- Referrals to appropriate treatment and other wraparound services
- Home, treatment site, and other collateral visits to ensure clients are linked to services and engaged in treatment
- Counseling to support the clients recovery and treatment participation
- Collaboration with treatment providers to ensure continuity of services
