NADAP

This month, NADAP's Career Compass Manhattan office in Harlem sat down for lunch with John Darin, President & CEO of NADAP.

John opened the conversation by saying that he’s interested in hearing their concerns and that he appreciated their dedication to their clients.

Staff discussed the changes in the program over the years including providing hybrid services and the need to fill vacant positions in order to keep staff revitalized.

John talked about the many changes that have occurred before, during, and after the pandemic and that he always strives to make NADAP a great work environment for them.

John concluded the lunch by sharing NADAP’s vision for the future.
