Health Insurance

Our bilingual, Certified Navigators can help you and your family enroll in free or affordable health insurance through the NY State of Health. We provide no-cost assistance, by phone or in person, in Spanish, Russian, French, Chinese, and Korean.

Case Management

Our team specializes in helping people who are seriously affected by medical or mental health diagnoses manage their care. We connect you with providers, help you understand your treatment, and assist with benefit applications.
